With just two classes remaining (if you don’t count the Engineer) still in need of a buff, I can’t help but wonder, who will be next? Soldier, or the Demoman?
Both classes are suffering from a serious case of neglect if you ask me, but in the end, I feel as though the soldier is the class that struggles the most. A demoman can sitll own the field with a kritzkrig, and with an uber, he’s an engie wrecking ball.
The solider’s rocket launcher in the right hands is still a dangerous weapon, but I feel he is by far more in need of a tweak.
Who do you think will be next?

I hope they pull a double update and nurf both the Solider and Demo at the same time

I bet Engineers get a buff before Demos do.
Demos are still one of the strongest classes in game, Engineers otoh have very little protection these days without at least 1 other person with them.

The problem is, what do they take away?
They can’t take his wrench, or his toolbox, only his shotgun.
I suppose they could make him able to build different items, though I think this would be a much more complicated update to balance.
Thats why I think soldier will be next, seems the easiest to nerf at this point.
